UGA ID Management Guiding Principals
Developed in conjuction with SunGard Collegis consultants, the principals describe and define the characteristics of the unique identifier that will be used as a substitute for the Social Security Number. They also clearly indicate that this unique identifier will be "part of a suite of services associated with the managment of identities."
