The University of Georgia's email system, UGAMail, is powered by Microsoft's Office 365 Education for email, calendar and task services.
UGAMail uses the latest version of Office 365 and includes 50 GB of storage.
UGAMail can be accessed at:
UGAMail online can be accessed via a web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer. UGAMail can be accessed with mobile devices using Apple and Android operating systems, along with Windows Phones. Desktop email clients that can access UGAMail are Outlook, Mac Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird.

As part of UGA's license with Microsoft, students, faculty and staff have access to a Microsoft consumer account. This includes access to OneDrive (formerly called SkyDrive), Skype and other services. Office Web Apps are also available via your Microsoft consumer account under the Create tab on OneDrive.
Anyone who was associated with the University on August 2, 2013 and had a UGAMail account was automatically given a Microsoft account.
Anyone who started with the University after August 2, 2013 doesn’t automatically have a Microsoft consumer account. You can request a Microsoft consumer account by registering with Microsoft.
Please note that your Microsoft consumer account password is different than your MyID password. The passwords to your MyID and Microsoft account are not synced together.
