bert@uga.edu EITS Help Desk hours extended in continued customer service improvement initiative ATHENS, Ga.— The EITS Help Desk will remain open an additional two hours, Monday through Thursday, beginning June 11, 2007. Telephone assistance will now be available until 9 p.m. on these days. The complete telephone-assistance schedule is as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Telephone assistance from the EITS Help Desk is available by calling 706-542-3106. Those calling outside these hours may leave a message and a Help Desk consultant will respond as soon as possible. Those needing assistance may also contact the EITS Help Desk via email (helpdesk@uga.edu) at any time. Walk-in assistance is also available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The EITS Help Desk is located in the Computer Services Annex, corner of Cedar Street and East Campus Road, building 1130 on the UGA campus map ( http://www.camplan.uga.edu/maps.html).
