UGAMail Webmail system redundancy improved
ATHENS, Ga.—
The Webmail login page for UGAMail, currently hosted on the main Web server,
(www.uga.edu), will be moving to a
distributed group of Web servers that provide redundant access to Webmail.
The move will take place October 13.
This change will be transparent to UGAMail users, but will provide increased
reliability. Access to Webmail will continue to be via the same Web address
as always:
ugamail.uga.edu
Access to UGAMail Webmail through MyUGA
(my.uga.edu) also remains the same.
