Presenting in the Enhancing the Academic Experience section of the executive conference program, White spoke on the importance of determining which applications are better suited to be internally or externally hosted while focusing on application scalability, standardization, and obsolescence. The Campus Technology Summit is a private, invitation-only event developed specifically for senior-level administrators who are responsible for overseeing the information technology strategy at the nation's leading colleges and universities. The summit was developed with the goal of enabling higher education CIOs to share best practices for supporting the academic mission and meeting the increasing demand on their IT organizations.
