e-Billing (for Unit Billing Representatives)

Access your monthly Georgia Technology Authority Telecom Services Invoice through the e-Billing system. The web site is http://ebill2.gagta.com. It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer for accessing the web site.

Your password for the eBilling User ID must be changed every 60 days. The password system will be monitored on the first day of every even month. If a password has not been updated within the past 60 days, the system will automatically assign a new password for the user. This is a security requirement of the GTA e-Billing system. If your password has expired, contact Telephone Services at 706-542-6962.

Instructions for Accessing GTA e-Billing System

1. Go to http://ebill2.gagta.com
2. Enter the eBilling User ID.
3. Enter the password.
4. Click "Sign In".
5. You will see a list of reports.
   • Telecom Invoices - All charges for the current month
   • Telecom Call Details - All long distance calls itemized
6. Choose the month that you wish to access by clicking on the gold "+" symbol.
7. Click on the "blue sheet" symbol below the billing date that you are accessing.
