Bret Jamieson serves as the Director for Finance and Administration for Information Technology. In this role, he oversees budgeting, cost recovery, procurement, vendor management and licensing negotiations, audit compliance, and business model development, while also serving as the primary liaison to UGA’s central finance and administration units. Bret has been with UGA for seven years and brings 15 years of experience in the industry. He holds an MBA along with several professional certifications, including the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate, Business Relationship Management Professional credential, and the MIT Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership.
