Dave Crouch serves as Associate CIO for Web and Mobile Technology. He leads the teams responsible for the UGA Student Mobile App, the MyUGA Student Portal, and website management services, as well as key online services including SAGE, UGA Elements, and the MyID Profile webapp. His group also supports administrative tools such as the Content 7 document management system and the Airflow ETL service, in addition to learning solutions like eLearning Commons (eLC), the UGA Professional Education Portal (PEP), LinkedIn Learning, and other instructional technologies.

Dave’s group is also involved in the evaluation of low-code and no-code AI Agent platforms, as well as pilot programs for generative AI services. Dave has been part of UGA and EITS for 13 years and brings 25 years of industry experience. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Scrum Master, ISC² CCSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
