Sarah Wardlaw Jones, M.Ed., is the Director of Client Services at the University of Georgia’s Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS), where she leads strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional client experiences in information and instructional technology support. She oversees a unit of four teams—EITS Help Desk and Tech Lending, Client Technology Support, Collaborative Tools, and Digital Accessibility—comprising 20 full-time IT professionals. With nearly 24 years of experience in higher education technology support, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise shaped by her degrees in English and Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development, along with a Graduate Certificate in Transformative Leadership. Outside of work, she’s a former fencer, genealogy enthusiast, and avid baker who enjoys all things pop culture, as well as spending time with her family.
