The Mentorship Council is made up of a wide spectrum of employees from across EITS. We are unified in our belief that mentoring is a powerful tool for personal, professional, and organizational growth.
Our continuing mission is to maintain a flexible, department-wide program that transcends historic barriers of rank, division, and location to open up these growth opportunities to everyone.
Responsibilities of the Mentorship Council include matching mentor/protege pairs, facilitating meetings, and serving as ambassadors of the program. All members of the Council have participated in past cycles of the program as mentors and/or proteges.
