Archie is a viftual 24/7 AI-based chatbot that can assist in delivering clear communication for various departments by providing timely responses to many questions. Custom questions and answers can be created to tailor towards a particular audience.
If your department's webpage is developed through OmniUpdate, then it is eligible
for Archie. Please reach out to Dave at dave.uga.edu for more information. Currently, only the Office of Student Financial Aid is eligible
for Archie. Please check back later as we are trying to expand Archie to all UGA departments.
After we have created an account for you department, you can access the training platform
at https://ugasandbox.studentadvisor.ai/.
Click "VirtualAdvisor" on the vertical drop-down menu and click "Manage Content".
Afterwards, click "Add" on the horizontal toolbar on the top-right of the screen.
Adding different phrasings of the question will help Archie better understand the
input. Lastly, fill in the Response box for the appropriate answer.
