STS is small group of part-time student workers who under the guidance of EITS staff provide internet connection support for UGA students in the residence halls, Family Housing units, and PAWS wireless access locations.
The EITS Helpdesk strives to provide professional first-tier technical support to the UGA community. Our goal is to empower clients by making IT knowledge accessible. We can assist you with MyID issues, email, and much more.
