An opt-in form will be provided in April.

EITS recommends that IT and Business managers review previous Qualtrics usage to determine whether or not the cost-sharing program will be right for your unit. We also recommend if units are still unsure if they wish to participate in the cost sharing program to go ahead and Opt-in by May 1st.

Your unit will need to opt in to the cost-sharing program, and your account will be migrated as part of preparations for that program.

Access to Qualtrics will remain the same for our users. New features will be shared with the UGA community in early Fall of 2025.
