  • Onsite and EITS Help Desk:
    8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday on normal UGA work days
  • Extended Help Desk Support:
    Until 10:00 PM Monday-Thursday
    1:00 PM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
  • Home Football Game Saturdays:
    Help Desk support not available
    Onsite support may be severely restricted
