  1. Initial licensing purchase required with first time environments that is in addition to the rates mentioned here.
  2. Print kiosk rental and any other related charges are estimates and will be contracted with and direct billed to the client from the original services provider, not EITS.
  3. Emergency Work Orders are for clients who do not have a standing retainer MOU and for clients whose MOU does not have an Emergency Order clause.
  4. Nolij storage fees will be prorated for new contracts based on the effective date, then reassessed based on actual usage each subsequent fiscal year during the annual contract renewal period.
  5. Subject to EITS Boyd Hosting Restrictions
 
FY18 rates are contingent on any future merit, FLSA, or other salary budget decisions prior to finalization of the FY18 budget.
