Effective September 28, 2023, users may notice minor changes to the UGAMail login page, including an updated “Forgot my password” link and contact information for the EITS Help Desk. These changes are needed to support UGA departments’ use of the Windows Autopilot feature within Intune, Microsoft’s cloud-based endpoint management solution.

Windows Autopilot is a collection of technologies used to set up and pre-configure new devices, getting them ready for use.  In order to enable Autopilot in the UGA Microsoft Tenant, there are minor changes required to the web login screen used by campus to access Office365.

No other UGAMail features will be impacted by this login page change.

There is also a welcome screen autopilot users will see when their autopilot session begins. This screen will include UGA branding and will only be visible to those using this specific feature of Intune.
