The University of Georgia’s learning management system, eLearning Commons (eLC) will be unavailable for maintenance starting on Friday, July 31, at 10 p.m., and ending at 7 a.m. on Saturday, August 1.

This is the normal maintenance downtime for eLC, which is hosted by the University System of Georgia (USG).

CTL is hosting drop-in sessions for instructors who need assistance with eLC. A schedule is posted on the CTL’s website at: http://ctl.uga.edu/events/category/elc-workshops.

This outage of eLC will occur during the weekend before grades are due for the summer semester. Classes end on July 29. Finals will take place on July 30. Grades are due on Monday, August 3, at 5 pm. Instructors should take note this will occur during the weekend prior to final grades for summer semester being due on Monday, August 3, at 5 p.m.

The progress of this maintenance will be posted on the UGA Status website (status.uga.edu). This particular incident is listed at: http://status.uga.edu/incident?id=27172.
