The University of Georgia’s SendFiles and SecureReport services will be unavailable for an upgrade starting at 10 p.m. on Friday, May 6, and continuing to 2 a.m. on Saturday, May 7.

During the maintenance window, both services will be unavailable for sending and receiving emails and/or reports.

Clients who have scheduled reports via SecureReports to run during the maintenance window are advised to change the report run times during the maintenance window. Reports scheduled to run after the maintenance window should not be affected.

Following the completion of the maintenance, both SendFiles and SecureReports will have a new look for their login screens. An example of the new screen is shown below. Once users log in to either service, there are additional minor visual and functional changes.

People who use one or both services should be aware of the changed login screen.
