Survey being conducted of wireless service in residence halls

Thursday, January 7, 2016

EITS will conduct a brief survey of PAWS-Secure wireless service in University Housing. The survey will be open to residents on January 12 and will end on February 2.

Students living in University Housing will receive emails from Dr. Timothy M. Chester, Vice President of Information Technology, inviting them to take the survey.

The survey should take 5 minutes or less to complete.

EITS will use feedback from the survey to determine plans for technical enhancements to PAWS-Secure wireless service in the residence halls.

The emails will contain a link specific to each resident in order to take the survey. Residents who have not completed the survey may receive up to two reminder emails.

If students are experiencing immediate issues with PAWS-Secure, they are asked to call the EITS Help Desk at 706-542-3106.

For questions about the survey, please contact Kerri Testement in EITS at kerriuga@uga.edu.
