Effective January 1, 2023, official UGA holidays will no longer be automatically added to individual UGAMail Outlook calendars. Instead, you can now manually add an official UGA holiday calendar to your UGAMail Outlook.

This new self-service calendar, which includes all the UGA holiday dates, only needs to be added to your Outlook calendar once. Once added, it will stay pinned to all clients when you are logged in. You can view the UGA holiday calendar as an overlay or side-by-side.

To add the official UGA holiday calendar to your UGAMail Outlook calendar, follow these steps on the EITS Help Desk KnowledgeBase.
