Penetration Test Request

A penetration test (pentest) is a method of evaluating the security of a computer system or network by simulating an attack. You can request the Office of Information Security to perform a pentest on your system.

A pentest usually, involves an SQL injection (SQLi) attack or a Cross-Site Scripting attack (XSS), but we do look for other vulnerabilities as well.

The following information should be taken into consideration when requesting a penetration test: The penetration test can take up to 2 - 4 weeks depending on how many security vulnerabilities are found and how long it takes for you to mitigate the vulnerabilities.

DNLs can request a pentest. (Please note that each pentest request requires a separate form.)
