Adobe Enterprise Licensing Agreement

The University of Georgia is participating in a 3-year Adobe enterprise licensing agreement between Adobe and the University System of Georgia. The licensing term started February 20, 2017 and ends February 19, 2020. This program is available to UGA as a cost recovery program for participating units. These units are charged annually based on the fulltime equivalency (FTE) count of their unit. The latest release of all Creative Cloud products (Windows and Macintosh operating systems), as well as any product upgrades and updates during the three year term of the agreement, will be available for installation on all institutionally owned computers in computer labs and classrooms (including virtualization) and on departmental office machines in that unit. Faculty and staff members in these units are also authorized to install one copy of all the Creative Cloud products on one of their personally-owned computers for work-at-home purposes.

Students can contact the USG technology store for a personal subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud on an annual basis.
