  • ELC (eLearning Commons)

    eLearning Commons (eLC) is the centrally supported online learning management system at the University of Georgia, and is jointly supported by EITS and the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). Request eLC support.

  • Web Conferencing

    Web conferencing enhances online learning and collaboration, and allows participants to conduct live web-based meetings with audio, video, text chat and content sharing. UGA offers Blackboard Collaborate as a web conferencing tool within eLearning Commons (eLC) and GoToMeeting on a cost recovery basis.

  • Lynda.com

    lynda.com is an online library of thousands of video courses taught by recognized industry experts. Tutorial courses and topics include those in business, design, application development, web, photography, video and education. UGA students, faculty and staff have free access to lynda.com via the MyUGA Portal. 

  • Microsoft Imagine Academy

    Academic institutions worldwide look to the Microsoft Imagine Academy (formerly called Microsoft IT Academy) program to offer the latest IT education programs for Microsoft technologies. Microsoft Imagine Academy enables faculty, staff, and students to develop their technical skills and if desired prepare for technical certifications.

    Gartner offers world-class resources for completing IT research. Gartner provides UGA students, faculty and staff with instant access to the world's foremost repository of expert analysis and opinion on everything important in IT including insight on current trends, business strategies, information technology careers and more. UGA students, faculty and staff have free access to Gartner via the MyUGA Portal.
