For specific software products and services, EITS partners with departments at the University of Georgia to meet their needs. These software products and services are provided on a cost recovery basis.
Each of these software products and services requires a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) & Service Level Agreement (SLA) between EITS and interested departments in order to meet service requirements and expectations for both parties.
EITS is now using DocuSign for signature routing and distribution of all IT services Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
All MOUs sent through DocuSign by EITS will clearly indicate the EITS service in the email subject line. MOUs for Network Partnership (NSP) services will come from firstname.lastname@example.org . All other MOUs will come from email@example.com.
